Check the details
Each order shows the item, the store, the time, the price and an order number, together with its status.
What each status means
- Processing
- The store has reported the purchase and we are verifying it. This usually clears on its own; keep the app open and connected.
- Completed
- The purchase was verified and its Heartgems or membership were added to your home.
- Failed
- The purchase could not be verified and nothing was added. If you were charged, try Restore purchases, then contact us.
- Refunded
- The store refunded the purchase, so the Heartgems or membership it provided were removed.
- Revoked
- The store cancelled the purchase or subscription, for example after a payment dispute, so its benefits were removed.
Restore purchases
If a payment went through but nothing arrived, or you moved to a new phone, go to Me, open Membership & points and tap Restore purchases. Use the same App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Restoring checks your existing purchases and never charges you again.
Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are billed and renewed by Apple or Google. To stop the next charge, cancel in your store account before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Membership and the shared wallet
- Heartgems you buy, and the Heartgems included with a membership each month, go into the wallet you share with your current partner.
- One active membership covers both of you. If you both subscribe, Bondling shows a notice. The app cannot cancel a subscription for you, so cancel the extra one in your store account.
- If a purchase is refunded, the Heartgems it added are removed. If they were already spent, the difference is recorded as a balance that new Heartgems pay off first.
- Unpairing or deleting your Bondling account does not cancel a subscription and does not refund past purchases.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you paid: request one from Apple for App Store purchases, or from Google Play under its refund policy. If the store cannot help, email us with your order details and we will look into it.

Questions about an order?
Email us and include:
- Your user ID from the Me tab
- The store you paid (App Store or Google Play)
- The date and time of the purchase and the item
- The order number from Purchase orders in Bondling
- The order number on your store receipt: an Apple Order ID, or a Google Play order number starting with GPA.
Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or sign-in codes. A screenshot of the receipt with card details hidden is enough.
